• You can create an account by signing up online. You agree not to use any false, inaccurate or misleading information when signing up for your account.
• If you create an account on behalf of an entity, such as your business or employer, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You cannot transfer your account credentials to another user or entity.
• To protect your account, keep your account details and password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  
  

1. In-house work experience (where for the past experience referred for eligibility, the contractor/ sub-contractor and the owner belong to the same organization) shall not be considered as valid experience for the purpose of eligibility.
   
   
2. Vendor must satisfy eligibility criteria on their own. Credentials of Third Party/ Parent Company/ Subsidiary Company/ Partner firm etc. shall not be accepted.
   
   
3. Owner shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by vendor in connection with the preparation & delivery of their documents, site visit and other expenses incurred during and in relation to the vendor enlistment process.
   
   
4. GSPL reserves the right to cancel and/or alter enlistment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
   
   
5. The Vendor shall not be under insolvency, liquidation, court receivership or other similar legal proceedings.
   
   
6. GSPL is authorized to amend terms & conditions and procedural changes at any time of the process and such amendment(s) shall be accepted by vendor.
   
   
   

1. By agreeing to these terms, you’re agreeing that, when using the Services, you will follow these rules:
   
   
   • Don’t do anything illegal.
   • Don’t send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk e-mail, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages) or instant messages.
   • Don’t publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate content or material or Your Content or material that does not comply with local laws or regulations.
   • Don’t engage in activity that is fraudulent, false or misleading or libelous or defamatory.
   • Don’t circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Services.
   • Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Services or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).
   • Don’t engage in activity that violates the privacy or data protection rights of others.
     
     
2. Enforcement:
   
   If you violate these Terms, GSPL may in our sole discretion, stop providing Services to you or may close your assessment process at our sole discretion.
   
   

Fraud & Corruption

1. Owner requires that Vendors observe the highest standard of ethics during the execution of vendor enlistment process.
   
   
2. Owner will reject a bid/ proposal for vendor enlistment if it determines that the vendor has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices for the vendor enlistment in process. Further, necessary actions shall be initiated by GSPL in this regard.
   
   

1. The documents as well as all correspondence relating to vendor enlistment process, exchanged by the Vendor and Owner, shall be written in English language.
   
   
2. In the event of submission of any document/ certificate by the Vendor in a language other than English, the English translation of the same duly authenticated by Chamber of Commerce of Vendor’s Country/ Indian Embassy shall be submitted by the Vendor.
   
   

• Require additional information from vendor;
  
  
• Change the site visit schedule;
  
  
• Not provide vendors, any reasons for any actions or decisions it may take including in respect of the exercise by GSPL of any or all of the above mentioned rights; and
  
  

• Take such other action as it considers, in its absolute discretion, appropriate in relation to the vendor enlistment process.
  
  

1. I/We certified that the information provided herein (including all documents attached) is correct to the best of my/our knowledge.
2. I/We also undertake that, if at any stage, the above information found to be incorrect, the company (approving authority) shall reserve the right to cancel my/our registration, at any time, without notice, at its discretion.
